1) Thanks for catching this. I've modified the FAQ to reflect that offers must have a minimum of two (2) tags.
2) In this case, you would offer "Any" by clicking the box.
3) It's OR matching this year. You're only required to write for ONE of their requested characters/relationships. You cannot choose to write about only one member of a requested relationship, unless they have also been requested independantly.
