Nominations will run from March 15 to March 31.

The following rule has been added:

All gifts must adhere to the recipients’ DNWs. If a DNW is included, the creator of that gift will be banned from future participation. Other than that, all details included in a recipient's sign-up are optional. DNWs will be checked against the ao3 sign-up. DNWs that are not in good faith (ex: DNW everything but one specific scenario) will be ignored.

Default deadline

I have a question as regards the default deadline, which obviously I hope not to have to use, but it's better to know what the regulations are beforehand just in case.

Assignments are due at 20 UTC on 15 June. But the default deadline appears to be before 15 June, unspecified timezone (a hangover from last year?). So we are left with a situation in which a default on 14/6 is flagged, but not penalised; a default on 15/6 before 20 UTC requires one to complete the assignment in order to participate in the future; and not uploading anything before 20 UTC results in a ban.

This is an incredibly short timeframe for these different deadlines.

The no-fault default deadline is June 10.

Post-deafult fics can be completed any time before the start of nominations the following year.
