Following a situation that arose in another exchange, I have decided to add the following rule:

Things covered by the ao3 archive warnings (ie: graphic depictions of violence, major character death, rape/non-con, underage) are not to be written for anyone who has not explictly opted into them.
For the purpose of this rule, "major character death" is defined as "requested character death" and "underage" as "sexual content involving one or more participant below the age of 18". Definitions of "graphic depictions of violence" being harder to codify, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

How does nominating work?

Nominations will open on the AO3 collection at some point in late March or early April. Participants can nominate four fandoms, and five characters or relationships from each.

Please use the following format when nominating relationships: "Relationship: Yoko Tsuno/Khany" for romantic relationships and "Relationship: Hannibal Barca & Scipio Africanus" for platonic relationships.

The exchange will also allow for matching on media type (fic or art). This part of the new exchange rules is still being worked on and should be finalised soon. Nominations will open when it does.
